JamZ. Cut to fit a new generation
The full launch of JamZ, from product design to logo, landing page, animated demos and a launch film, introducing publishers to an AI tool that turns their podcasts into snackable short-form content.
JamZ is a new product from JamX, an AI podcast distribution platform for publishers. It turns a publisher’s podcasts, audio or video, into short mobile-first clips that are automatically matched to the right article and cut to their best moment, so they play right on the publisher’s page and travel across social.
JamX needed to package and launch a new product for publishers at professional B2B conferences in summer 2026. The launch had to explain what JamZ gives publishers and how it works, and push them to sign up for a trial.
Younger audiences are often written off as having no attention span, yet the same people happily spend hours with long-form podcasts once something has hooked them. They just need the first thirty seconds to earn it, and for most of them a show begins with a clip in their feed rather than with episode one. Publishers’ podcasts rarely get that chance, because on their own pages they still sit behind a play button as a full hour-long episode.
JamZ gives every show the thirty seconds it needs to win someone over. AI goes through each episode, picks the strongest moments and turns them into short video and audio snippets that hook a Gen Z audience in the feed and lead it back to the full episode on the publisher’s page. The line Cut to fit a new generation holds both sides of the idea, describing exactly what the product does while promising publishers the audience they’ve been struggling to reach.
The launch was a resounding success across a whole series of industry events, including the Digiday Publishing Summit, Digiday Miami, Podcast Movement NY, Podcast Movement 2026, the Sounds Profitable Business Summit, IAB Upfront Week and The Podcast Show London 2026. It brought in demo requests and signed publisher partners, whose names can’t be disclosed just yet.
